Unfortunately, we do not allow refunds or exchanges under any circumstances. Also, Soul and Self-care will not be held liable or responsible for stolen items, lost packages, or damaged items and/or packages. All packages come with postal insurance and if and accident arises, USPS should be contacted for claims.
