Scheduling Policy

Please be sure to read our entire policy prior to booking, by scheduling your appointment you confirm you agree to the policy below:
At the time of scheduling, a non refundable and non transferable retainer is required to reserve your experience. The retainer will be deducted from the total cost of your experience.

 

Terms and Conditions Before Scheduling

Please read the following and its entirety before scheduling.
You may arrive 5 to 10 minutes before your service time so that you may use the restroom-if needed, receive a consultation, and to ensure completion of "First-Timer" paperwork can be completed before service is rendered.
Retainer Fee Policy
Upon scheduling your appointment a valid credit/debit card is required to secure all appointments. A retainer fee of 50% of services is required to reserve all appointments. The remaining balance is due once your services are rendered. (If you would like to pre-book your next appointment at checkout, a 20% deposit will be required in addition to your current balance.) All retainer fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Late Policy
All clients are given a 10 minute grace period. After 10 minutes you will be considered late and incur a $15 late fee. The late fee will be added onto your balance and must be paid before you leave. At the 15th minute your appointment is canceled and you will be charged 100% of your scheduled service. If your card declines, you will be permitted from scheduling again until your previous balance is paid. Please remember, these fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
No Call/No Show Policy
Clients who decide not to show for their appointment, nor communicated that they can not make it will be charged an inconvenience fee of 100% of the service. If the card declines, you will be permitted from scheduling in the future until the previous balance is paid. 
Rescheduling/Cancellation Policy
Appointments can be rescheduled up to 12 hours before your service time via the Vagaro Scheduling App.
If you are needing to reschedule your appointment, a notice of at least 12 hours before the start of your service time is REQUIRED. Anything within 12 hours will result in a $15 inconvenience fee and must be paid before scheduling any future services or being rescheduled.

*** Please be advised that all Term and Conditions apply to Pre-Booked Appointments. In the event that the Policy is not honored the applicable inconvenience fee will be charged to the card on file. If card declines, you will be permitted from scheduling any future appointments until balance is paid.
