Welcome to "The Self-care Cod" 

I'm a Licensed Esthetician and founder of Soul and Self-care, with 5 years of experience specializing in full body wax, intimate waxing, and intimate skincare.

I started Soul and Self-care in 2021 with a vision that went beyond just providing a service. I wanted to create a space where women could feel comfortable, respected, and confident while taking time to care for themselves. For many women, self wellness is often placed at the bottom of the list; but I believe it deserves to be prioritized.

Waxing can be a vulnerable service, and because of that, I approach every appointment with intention, professionalism, and compassion. My goal is to ensure that every client who walks through my door feels safe, informed, and at ease throughout their entire experience.

Over the years, I've had the privilege of serving women from many walks of life, helping them feel more confident in their skin while also providing education about proper skin care and waxing maintenance. What I love most about my work is seeing the shift that happens when a woman leaves feeling renewed after every service.

At Soul and Self-care, every service is performed in a cleaned, throughly sanitized, private suite where comfort, professionalism, and trust are the foundation of the experience.

This space was built with intention, for women who value themselves, their time, and their self-wellness.
